Discours sur l’origine et les fondements de l’inegalite parmi les hommes(Rousseau, Jean-Jacques)
1. Let's develop my own strength
Humans are weak when they rely on others.
They become strong only when they are freed from others.

Humans grow up relying on their parents when they are children, and if they continue to rely on their parents as adults, they will be the weakest when their parents are gone.
Of course, humans live relying on others, but I think that eventually they will have to stand up and become independent.
I don't think humans are weak.
All animals also grow bigger and stronger as they become adults and parents and become a support for someone (child or someone else).
I think that rather than continuing the habit of always relying on someone, growing up is becoming someone who can be relied on by someone.
2. Inequality began with the differences in each person's ability.
As each person began to pay attention to others and wanted to be noticed by others, being recognized by others began to have some value.
The person who sang the best, danced the best, was the most handsome, was the strongest, was the most talented, or spoke the best, and this was the first step toward inequality and vice.

As people lived together, each person was able to shine in various fields.
Some people were good at speaking, good at using machines, or had unique creativity, and this made them respected and interested in others.
However, I think that the fact that each person has different abilities is already inequality.
From the moment they are born, all people are not the same, and rather than complaining about inequality, I think it is because they have not yet found the ability that they can truly excel in.
Therefore, inequality is a natural result in society, and while it is important to respect and care for others, reflecting on yourself and developing your abilities will help you grow.
3. Because there is a country, there is the concept of us.
Inequality hardly exists in the natural state, so we can say that its power is derived and strengthened from the development of our abilities and the advancement of the human mind, and is ultimately stabilized and legalized by ownership and the enactment of laws.

Ownership is ultimately something that the country has designated by law for its citizens to own their own property, and if there were no laws, that is, in a state of anarchy, it would be achieved through even more serious inequality and force.
The fact that we can live freely is also ultimately within the boundaries of the country, and it is the result of democracy, not the indiscriminate laws of a dictator.
Not only the Republic of Korea, but all countries live together within the boundaries of their own history and laws.
In some ways, there may be inequality because there is individual ownership, but I think it is better than despotism, where the government or dictator manages and owns everything.
This is because despotism is about living for the benefit of a specific individual (dictator), while democracy exists for the benefit of the country, including the interests of each individual.
That's why we need to know how precious 'freedom' is, and I think it's better for the whole country to grow together for the benefit of the country rather than sacrificing the whole country for the selfish desires of individuals.
Also, because there is freedom, the creativity and skills of each individual develop, and it will benefit the whole country more than socialism/communism that 'pretends everyone is fair'.
4. It is natural for humans to be unequal.
Strong people worked more, talented people used their labor to the best advantage, and creative people figured out ways to reduce work. Farmers needed more iron, and blacksmiths needed more wheat. Some people earned a lot while others had a hard time making ends meet, even though they did the same amount of work.

I think it is natural for humans to complain because each person's ability is different.
For example, if we assume that everyone has 100 million won without any personal assets, some people will become rich while others will become poor.
In the end, if the country is turned upside down and everyone has equal wealth, it means that he will not change according to his individual ability.
Sometimes, there are people who hope that the country will fall and everyone will become equal.
However, even if they are given the opportunity, they will probably complain/dissatisfy others in the same way.
That is why I think that there will be no change in your life unless you develop your own ability. If you don't learn, enlighten, and grow more, you will continue down the same path.
