The Gay Science(Friedrich Nietzsche)
1. If you don't like the temple, leave
Workers often see their employers as cunning, exploitative, and dog-like people who use every poverty as an opportunity for speculation.
.. (omitted) ..
They decide: Then let's try chance and luck! Let's roll the dice! This is how socialism begins.

I am also a member of the workers working at a certain company, and I try to operate in the direction my employer suggests.
Of course, I also get dissatisfied and sometimes I don't understand why this work is like this.
However, I personally think that it is right for me to leave rather than fight to change the company because I am dissatisfied.
As the saying goes, 'If you don't like the temple, leave,' if you are dissatisfied with the company, I think it is better to leave and let your employer realize that they are going in the wrong direction.
For example, if workers want equality and the company is run according to the workers’ wishes, will the company be able to survive the competition of other companies?
If the workers, not the employer, take the helm, wouldn’t it be like a fool’s nest?
If it can be run that well, workers should run their own company themselves and see.
But I don’t understand why they have to change things according to their own tastes while working for someone else’s company.
I think a society where everything is done according to the workers’ wishes is socialism.
Of course, the welfare of workers is also important.
However, that is because the company exists and returns some of its profits to the workers, not because the company exists on top of welfare.
2. Always think positively.
If there is even one person who does not know joy, the whole household will be gloomy and frowning. If there is no such person, it is almost a miracle! On the other hand, happiness is not a very contagious disease. Why is that?

If someone in your family is depressed, the impact is huge.
Even in a company, if someone in your team is depressed, everyone will be oppressed by that atmosphere.
Since humans are vulnerable to depression, sadness, and frustration, we need to overcome this atmosphere or problem.
Of course, it is difficult, but even if you are sad, you should be sad for a little while and then come back.
Just as patients with depression make extreme choices due to continued depression, it becomes difficult to live a better life if you continue to have such feelings.
Recovering from this sad state is usually called 'resilience'.
To increase this, positive thinking such as 'this too shall pass' and 'this is not all' allows you to get back up.
Everyone fails.
Just by walking, you have failed tens of thousands of times before you can walk normally.
So anyone can do it.
If you don't give up, the light will turn towards you someday.
3. Not all rich people are happy.
The masses of the lower class who own little property become dissatisfied when they see something luxurious. They believe that the rich are happy. The working, overworked, and restless slave class believes that those who do not do physical labor are happy.

I think the proposition that all rich people are happy is wrong.
Then there should be no suicides among the rich, but there are occasional cases.
And even if they are rich, those who do not think they are rich will continue to not be rich.
Even if they achieve something they want, human greed is endless, so they want more and more.
Also, you should not think that someone is better or happier just because they have something you do not have.
People always envy the circumstances of others.
However, they live without seeing that they are currently happy.
I think you should think about how happy you are.
4. The thinker is alive, and because he is alive, think.
I am still alive. I still think. I must still live. I must still think. I exist. Therefore, I think. Therefore, I exist.

I believe that when you are born as a human, you must live while thinking.
You must think, look at yourself while thinking, reflect, and live while changing.
For example, I believe that humans fall down tens of thousands of times to walk, experience trial and error, and 'think' that it shouldn't be done this way, and change, so they gradually become able to walk.
We have forgotten the 'thinking' we used to do because we can now walk well, but humans must continue to think.
I believe that the same goes for other things.
If you don't think when you do something, you are just like a machine, and there will be no change.
However, when you think, you are bound to find new paths or new methods.
I will constantly think about myself and my life.
5. Keep asking questions about the reason and finding answers.
Why do you live here? Why do you associate with that person? How did you come to believe in this religion? How do these different diets affect you? Was this house built for you?

I don't think anything is taken for granted.
Why am I doing this now?
Why do I like this?
I think you should always be curious about your own actions and thoughts to find out the reason.
And then you will also find out about yourself.
As I said above, I think humans should think, find reasons, and act.
